Return & Exchange Policy

The Company offers a 7-day return policy starting from the actual date you receive the goods, under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange

  1. The product has a defect or quality issue.
  2. The product was damaged during shipping.
  3. The wrong item was delivered (does not match the ordered product).
    In these cases, you may apply for a return or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and suitable for resale.

❌ Not Eligible for Return (Non‑Returnable Items)

The following situations do not qualify for a 7-day return or exchange:

  1. Personalized or custom‑made products.
  2. Products that have been used (for electronics, “used” means once the product has been powered on).
  3. Normal wear and tear of the product or its functional parts/accessories.
  4. Missing or severely damaged outer packaging (except for necessary unpacking) that affects the item’s ability to be resold.
  5. Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return and were explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  6. Any other situation where the product is not in good condition for resale.

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

A. Return due to Personal Reasons (Change of Mind, etc.)

  • Within 7 days of receiving the item, send an email to our after-sales department at service@mail.plynvio.com.
  • Please include: order number, full name, phone number, and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will respond within 1–3 business days after receiving your email.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

B. Return due to Quality / Damage / Wrong Item

  • Within 7 days of receiving the item, send an email to service@mail.plynvio.com with the same details (order number, name, phone, and issue description).
  • We will process your request within 1–3 business days.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

C. Refund Process

  • After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 15 business days.
  • For quality‑related returns, you may also contact our 24/7 customer service for assistance.
